Matt at MSD answered our call and arrived within 30 mins. After investigating the downstairs sockets which caused the RCD to keep tripping he found that a slug had managed to get into a socket! He is very knowledgeable and we can recommend him highly. We have asked him to quote for further works. :) 10/10

When the carpenter asked me how I was going to dispose of the cardboard boxes, as he did not do that - my heart sunk. you are not alone, most companies don't take packaging away these days - it was just unexpectedly facing the mountain of cardboard on top of the stress we are under with the works we are having done.
I quickly looked up on the internet and came across Matthew Dawe of MSD. Matthew is an Electrical contractor who also disposes of bulky waste!
He came around first thing the next day, charged an extremely reasonable price - was extremely personable and accommodating
